Two explosions wrecked the University of Aleppo on January 15, killing 80 people, most of them students sitting for their exams. The Syrian government as it it usual, blamed the rebels, but the rebels claim they have proof that the government is responsible. The students of Aleppo University are known for their support to the Revolution. It makes no sense for the rebels to attack the University.

It came to pass that the Angel of Death,
Crying gathered them unto him
His tears streaming to clasp
So much wasted youth
So much unfulfilled promise.
The Angel spread his mighty wings
And uttered a mighty sigh
Pressing to his bosom the dreams
That Syria had awakened in their young hearts.
He walked and freedom walked with him.
He walked and Beauty followed at his heels.
He faltered but justice said take them for a while
My will shall be done in a while.
